This role will be responsible for establishing and executing a strategic direction for fast-growing connectivity and data solutions for BD Alaris™ Infusion System franchise. This person will drive business growth as measured by customer adoption, competitive conversions, sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He/she will be responsible for developing key insights into market opportunities, creating solutions to commercial barriers, shaping the market, and executing strategies to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

In this role you will have deep working knowledge of the BD Alaris™ System connectivity and data platform. Core job responsibilities include:

Go-to-market (GTM)/Product Launches

Plan and coordinate the execution of new product launch plans.

Define commercialization goals, objectives and success criteria and metrics.

Define market segments, personas and differentiating value offer/positioning and messaging.

Marketing programs and communications

Understanding customer pain points and their strategic objectives and create relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Define and execute marketing campaign strategies and programs required for demand generation and customer acquisition and retention to support revenue and sales objectives.

Market intelligence – understand and effectively convey the competitive landscape; create competitive strategies, tools, and messaging.

Annual Strategic planning and implementation

Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned product portfolio, including where to play, how to win and tracking relevant metrics.

Drive the initiation, planning, deployment, and execution of key projects and programs to ensure the timely completion of marketing deliverables.

Coordinate development and deployment of HEOR evidence generation activities and collateral, including testimonials, case studies, videos, and webinars etc.

Pricing Strategy

Develop pricing programs and optimal pricing strategies appropriate customer segments.

Support annual business planning process for your portfolio, including both strategic and tactical financial budgeting.

Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in science or related field or business. MBA or advanced degree a strong plus.

Requires 5-7 years of marketing and/or commercial experience in medical technology, diagnostics, life sciences, or other healthcare field.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. ​

$133,800.00 - 220,800.00 USD Annual
