Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the successful implementation of regional and global programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and organizational goals.

• Manage all aspects of multiple product development projects, from initiation through to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.

• Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across all project phases.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including goals, strategies, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with finance to develop financial models and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

• Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to executive management, and facilitate decision-making processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with broad multi-functional business exposure.

• 5+ years of experience in project and/or people management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex programs.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.

• Preferred: MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification.

Candidates must be willing to travel for business periodically to Orange County, CA (5%).
