Robert Half is looking for a Workday Admin to work for their client that is in the public sector industry. The Workday Admin position is hybrid in San Bernardino. This role will be at the intersection of HRIS and Accounting/Finance teams, primarily focusing on building out reporting and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work with HRIS and Accounting/Finance teams to identify and resolve Workday HCM issues

• Develop, implement, and manage Workday HCM, time tracking, and advanced benefits systems

• Oversee payroll preparation, considering the complexities of multiple pay classes, unions, and multi-state tax laws

• Build out reporting to meet the level of expectation and perform regular checks to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Troubleshoot current issues and enhance functionality within the Workday HCM system

• Support daily operations and enhancements within the Workday HCM platform

• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations

• Leverage expertise in Workday HCM to support the team and enhance the system's functionality

• Contribute to the development of functional enhancements within the Workday HCM system.

Requirements • Extensive experience in the Hospitality industry

• Proven expertise as an ERP Integration Manager

• Proven experience with Workday HCM

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Solid understanding of business processes within the hospitality industry

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

• Solid understanding of data privacy standards and regulations
