Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor degree relevant to the construction and engineering industry

• Experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads), and TxDOT procedures

• Business Development experience

• Managing relationships at the city, state and federal level

• Project Execution

• Professional Engineer certification required - Prior experience in an AEC-related firm

• Experience with client co-location during project phases

• Exceptional communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with MicroStation ORD is advantageous

• Oversee and control project schedules and financial aspects

• Collaborate closely with the facility owner, acting as a representative for the client and the organization

• Apply advanced methodologies, theories, principles, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related disciplines

• Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring excellent communication skills

• Assume a leadership role on GEC and CEC programs for TXDOT, Regional Mobility Authorities, and other large agencies. null
