Job Title: Sr. Contract Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our legal team, internal customers, and vendors to review various types of contracts and ensure they comply with our policies. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions, drafting RFI's, RFX's, and RFPs, and managing multiple contracts and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Work with legal team and internal customers/vendors to review different types of contracts (service, capital, time and material, etc.)
Ensure contract terms and conditions abide by company policies
Negotiate terms and conditions on contracts
Draft RFI's, RFX's, and RFPs based on internal customer requirements
Manage multiple contracts and deadlines from a project management perspective
Navigate ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite or similar)
Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
Interact professionally with internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of purchasing (procurement) experience
3+ years of contract experience (managing, developing, administration)
Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite or similar preferred)
Knowledge of contractual agreement language, standard contracting & bidding procedures, contract development and management, terms & conditions, and general procurement procedures
Experience with contract tracking & management systems
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of the non-profit sector and regulatory compliance
Ability to work across multiple operating companies
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
Ability to set priorities based on urgency and use discretion and independent judgment

Work Environment
This is an in-office role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
