Job Title: Sr. Contract Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Contract Administrator who will work closely with our legal team and internal customers/vendors. The ideal candidate will review and negotiate various contracts, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage the drafting and administration of RFIs, RFXs, and RFPs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong experience in procurement, supply chain, and contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Review different types of contracts including service, capital, and time and material.

  • Ensure terms and conditions on contracts abide by company policies.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions on contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal customers to draft RFIs, RFXs, and RFPs with the necessary requirements.

  • Manage multiple contracts and deadlines from a project management perspective.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 7+ years of purchasing (procurement) experience.

  • 3+ years of contract management experience.

  • Experience navigating ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.

  • Working knowledge of contractual agreement language, standard contracting & bidding procedures, contract development and management, terms & conditions, and general procurement procedures.

  • Experience using contract tracking & management systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Understanding of non-profit sector and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to work across multiple operating companies.

  • Ability to perform multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • Strong computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate positive leadership skills.

  • Proficient in detecting errors and inconsistencies.

  • Professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, and communicative.

Work Environment

This is an in-office role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The Sr. Contract Administrator will have their own office space within the facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
