Our client, a leader in organizational change management, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting impactful projects in the state and local government sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

• Support discovery workshops to gather critical information for project deliverables.

• Develop and execute the Vision and Case for Change documentation.

• Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to identify and evaluate impacts of changes on various audiences.

• Create and implement Change Management and Communications Plans.

• Engage with leadership to align strategies and execute Leadership Action Plans.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in organizational change management, particularly in system implementation projects.

• Consulting experience is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating with senior associates.

• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
