Job Description: Assistant Kombucha Brewer
Duties: ? Will work with Brew Lead to brew kombucha and prepare for the bottling phase, including: o Cleaning fermentation tanks to prepare for production o Managing and transferring Kombucha liquid and culture o Accurately measuring ingredients o Connecting/disconnecting tanks and moving as needed ? Must ensure product is produced in a timely manner and maintain consistency.
Skills/qualifications: ? Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written (English). ? Be familiar with all safety rules and work safely ? Be able to read and follow instructions ? Be able to do basic math calculations accurately ? Be able to prioritize and make a quick decision ? Be able to complete any required paperwork accurately ? Maintain good attendance ? Work weekends and overtime as needed ? High energy level ? Be self-directed and work with minimal supervision ? Ability to routinely lift 50lbs and safely operate a manual pallet jack ? HACCP and GMP knowledge a plus ? Experience inputting results into a computer
