Diseñar, desarrollar, depurar, calificar, instalar y acelerar procesos de ensamblaje con tolerancias estrictas con nivel medio de automatización para proyectos de reubicación de plantas.
Contribuye a la mejora de los productos actuales (fabricabilidad, viabilidad)
Estudia la viabilidad y rentabilidad de inversiones adaptadas a las necesidades utilizando los equipos actuales.
Las responsabilidades principales serán apoyar los procesos de montaje de los proyectos de reubicación actuales en progreso desde Ciudad Juárez, Chi. A Saltillo, Coah. (Líneas de ensamblaje y probadores de EOL), pero debe estar dispuesto y ser capaz de ayudar en todas las actividades del proyecto para satisfacer las demandas de la operación actual de la planta de fabricación. Desarrollar e implementar equipos relacionados, por ejemplo, accesorios, herramientas, medidores, etc.
Planificar y apoyar la implementación de inversiones o modificaciones en infraestructura con respecto a la mejora continua de los procesos de ensamblaje.
Apoyar el plan de lanzamiento y validación de productos y procesos productivos actuales (PPAP)
Crear documentación relacionada con la calidad para los procesos desarrollados (PFC, PFMEA, PCP, etc.)
Utilice software CAD para crear diseños de ubicación de equipos y soporte para una posible implementación de nuevas herramientas.
