National Vision Lab invites you to join us as an AR (Anti-Reflective) Team Lead, where your leadership will shape our cutting-edge operations.

Your Shift 

• Days: Monday - Friday, 5AM - 1:30PM (3:30PM On Peak)

Role Overview:

• Lens Precision Expertise: Your role involves meticulous inspection of invoices and lenses, managing tray logistics, and overseeing the entire AR process. Your keen eye ensures flawless execution and optimal tray destinations.

• Process Efficiency: You'll navigate the lens processing journey with finesse—loading lenses into sectors, handling chemicals, and conducting detailed inspections to meet ANSI standards.

• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide associates to maintain focus and efficiency. Your leadership ensures they are well-placed for optimal workflow, thereby fostering a productive team environment.

• Continuous Development: Collaborate with the AR Supervisor, assisting in new associate training and implementing improvement plans to elevate team performance and departmental excellence.

   

• Experience and Skills: Prior experience in related roles (minimum 1 year) is preferred. Educational qualifications are not mandatory; however, a drive to excel is key.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English—both written and verbal—is essential to effectively carry out job responsibilities.

Physical Demands:

• Your role involves continuous movement, occasional lifting, and fine manipulation. Protective gear such as gloves and eyewear is mandatory in designated areas.
