The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: * Lead research efforts using Dematic documentation systems for mainstream, legacy, and acquired products. * Create system design layouts and replacements to assess costs specifically for hardware components, aimed at generating quotations focused on part(s) replacements. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and efficient commercialization efforts, including categorizing parts and assemblies for costing and pricing. * Define which parts will be sold to customers and develop proactive strategies for managing obsolete parts. * Work closely with the product development team to review and determine the recommended spare parts for new products. * Serve as subject matter experts for customers, customer service representatives, and other internal teams, providing technical guidance and support for equipment-related inquiries. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining departmental workflows and procedures. * Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and strategic product development and enhancement discussions. * Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred. * Extensive experience in parts research and technical documentation analysis. * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team interaction and customer support. * Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring team members. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * Familiarity with material handling products and related technologies preferred. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic work environment. * Experience with SAP, Maestro and AutoCAD a plus.
