Responsibilities:
Prioritize, evaluate, track and resolve Service Desk requests as well as maintain related user guides and other self-service documentation.
Support and troubleshoot customer issues both hardware and software related.
Perform basic system and application administration/configuration tasks.
Escalate requests when additional technical expertise is required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Familiar with server install and configuration, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, and Group Policy Objects.
