Nexeo Staffing Inbound Customer Service Representatives in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Nexeo HR is looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives for long-term positions. Qualified candidates will have up to 1 year of customer service experience,excellent organizational skills,and can work in a fast-paced environment. Perfect attendance is required.
Responsibilities
Communicate and respond to all customer inquiries.
Answer calls and resolve questions about products and equipment.
Maintain customer service by problem-solving and gathering information.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Maintaining records of customer inquiries
Qualifications
Inbound customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web-based software.
Must be efficient with a ten-key and multi-line telephone system.
Perfect attendance and sense of urgency.
Can type 25 wpm.
Pay
$15.50 - $16.25 Per Hour
Schedule
Tuesday Saturday | 8:00am 4:30pm
Wednesday Saturday | 7:30am 6:00pm
**Training July 10 19th (Monday-Friday) 8:30am 5:00pm
