CHG Medical Staffing Event Technology Coordinator in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

We are seeking a skilled and strategic events technology coordinator to join our events team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, creation, and management of Cvent registrations for all types of events. This position works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute on the needs of the event and meet event objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and customize complex event registration websites, mobile apps, email communications, and attendee surveys within the Cvent platform.
  • Manage event workflows including registration, payment processing, attendee management, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage processes related to the intake of registration requests and project management.
  • Define reporting requirements and create dashboards to support stakeholders. Provide regular status updates on registration progress.
  • Liaise with internal travel team to configure and deploy integrations.
  • Assist with travel management and audits.
  • Serve as the superuser for product updates and training on the Cvent platform including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Design and launch mobile apps to support event objectives and serve as tech support during events.
  • Provide guidance and training to other events personnel on using Cvent effectively.
  • Works with IT to ensure compliance and whitelisting.
  • Assists with event budgets and timeline (including event logistics, financial management, production timelines, vendor timelines, creative deliverables)
  • Assist with the planning and execution of smaller events, as determined by leadership.
  • Provide onsite support for events.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the events industry.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct experience using the Cvent platform. Proficiency including design, build, management, and reporting capabilities. Must have knowledge of creating events with multiple registration types, admission items, and travel integrations. Ability to design websites using best practices in UX.
  • Analytical mindset to gain valuable data insights.
  • Deep understanding of event registration fundamentals and ability to anticipate attendee needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients, executives, and business teams.
  • Exceptional grammar in written communication.
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others while demonstrating patience.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills working with sales, marketing, creative, and communication teams.
  • A proven track record of establishing event metrics and delivering on success.
  • High motivation and extreme organization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work in ambiguous situations while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to keep a calm and focused demeanor in stressful situations
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as required.

Preferred

  • Experience with Asana and Smartsheet
  • Expe rience with Swoogo
  • Design experience in Canva or Photoshop

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $36,608 -- $89,107 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
