PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and coordinate lot specific ARB submittal and approval process

  • Assist in ordering plot plans and providing QA review

  • Assist in compiling information necessary to complete and submit lot specific permit submittals

  • Assist in paying municipal/utility services fees related to permitting process

  • Provide and/or coordinate plan maintenance for Division needs

  • Provide construction administration support for the Division and field

  • Adhere to established QC process

  • Assist Project Manager to ensure Division is building per the issued plans

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL: MENTOR / COACH / FEEDBACK

  • Responsible for communicating applicable schedules to the appropriate departments

  • Develop and maintain municipal relationships and interact with municipalities as needed

  • Manage plan set/permit information on "Built With Pulte" website

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in architecture, engineering, construction, or equivalent

  • Valid Driver's license

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Related functional experience: Minimum 3 or more years Architectural or Construction experience

  • CD development and construction expertise

  • Understanding of Federal and State codes related to residential product

  • Knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes, as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans & specs

  • Effective communication and organization skills

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient use of Autodesk (including Sapphire is plus)
