Job Summary The Digital Sales Development Representative is a member of the Sorenson Enterprise organization with two key functions: sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into revenue-generating sales opportunities for Sorenson sellers; and managing and closing small, transactional opportunities into revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns to convert them into revenue-generating sales opportunities with Enterprise end customers. * Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, virtual meetings, and other digital or social communication channels to grow our Enterprise business. * Identify prospect needs through effective communication, questions, active listening, and strong conversational skills. * Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to expand our footprint. * Present our Enterprise portfolio to prospects and customers and display a strong acumen for the value proposition of conference room solutions, personal workspace solutions, mobility solutions, and how these align to customer needs and challenges. * Drive organic sales and revenue growth in our Small/Medium Business (SMB) customer base by identifying and accelerating opportunities within key industries and customer portfolios. * Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives in your territory and execute with excellence. * Report to the Business Development Manager on a regular basis with lead qualification and pipeline generation results toward sales targets. * Meet and exceed quarterly and/or annual targets based on key performance metrics. * Coordinate with existing sales teams, account managers, marketing resources, and key business group leaders to develop and execute a growth-oriented territory plan that will drive overall revenue growth for the business. * Stay up to date with new products and solutions, including release date information and how they fit into our Enterprise portfolio of solutions. * Be a Brand Ambassador * Other duties as assigned. Education Minimum: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Preferred: Graduate Degree, MBA in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Experience Minimum Years of Experience: * 2-5 years in Sales, Business Development, Marketing roles, preferably in consumer products or technology. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Experience navigating the Enterprise customer sales cycle, such as prospecting new leads or opportunities and driving through revenue generation. * An understanding of the customer engagement lifecycle, including recurring business and lifetime customer value propositions. * Track record of success in sales, including exceeding revenue goals at a high growth company. * Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating across global sales organizations. * Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with different levels of the business. * A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models. * Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. * Experience working with and managing day to day pipelines in CRM tools such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce. * A scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.
