CHG Medical Staffing Client Representative Sales Associat in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

A Client Representative Associate is responsible for supporting administrative tasks of Client Representatives and assisting clients to ensure a seamless placement of providers. They support Client Representatives with the administrative requirements of various technology platforms. They assist clients by ensuring clear communication of critical information regarding the placement, provide progress updates, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. The Client Representative Associate will also handle strategic team tasks that enable team sales execution or quality assurance. To be successful, you should have experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, the Advanced Practice sales teams and other adjacent divisions within CHG, from first contact until you close the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries and requests during a sales transaction
  • Provide excellent customers service to both internal and external customers
  • Enhance productivity of Client Representatives by supporting administrative functions
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to customers and leadership on pending sales transactions
  • Identify potential problems and proactively involve others to create effective solutions
  • Identify sales leads (upselling and new leads)
  • Provide coverage for out of office Client Representatives
  • Prepare clear and detailed presentations of prospective providers
  • Proactively identify support areas in existing processes and procedures and effectively recommend and drive improvements to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal support team to drive sales
  • Comfortable working without supervision and navigating through ambiguous and complex client needs
  • Audit job and assignment details within internal systems to ensure timelines are met
  • Audit internal presents for accuracy to ensure proper fit and qualifications for job
  • Identify potential opportunities with existing clients

Qualifications

  • Computer skills and a basic understanding of database programs
  • Persuasive, professional and influential verbal and written communication skills
  • 40 wpm type speed
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
  • Communicate and understand professional level service needs, physician credentials and client practices
  • Must have the ability to be strategic, credible, clear and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales of products and or services preferred
  • Education or experience in a healthcare related field preferred
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $22,984 -- $61,798 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
