Job Title: Business Application Analyst II

Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent foreign education

Academic Field(s): Information Technology or Engineering Management

Experience Required: 2 years experience

Alternate Occupation(s) Acceptable: Information Technology or Engineering Management

Job Description:

  • Provide support for enterprise systems, including moderately complex needs analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, and change management for supported applications.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to implement appropriate solutions and future enhancements based on product needs and requirements.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of optimal solutions to handle various business needs as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain test plans for systems and coordinate testing efforts.
  • Provide input for training material for end users regarding product features and/or process changes and assist in end user training.
  • Provide post go-live support for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Assist in coordinating the adoption of new business processes to achieve system improvements including developing documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
  • Proactively identify and address current and future business needs.
  • Provide support to the project manager and other project staff.
  • Lead or help to facilitate change management when rolling out new or enhanced products.
  • Write user stories in a comprehensive and understandable way.
  • Write reports in Workday and assist in report creation.

*Position may also telecommute from any state within the United States.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology
  • Knowledge of the project management life cycle
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles
  • Knowledge of Advanced excel formulae and functions for structuring and cleaning large data sets.
  • Knowledge of Workday software design and development
  • Knowledge of analyzing systems and data to find trends and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of interpreting and analyzing data to support business decisions.

Salary (Annual): $110,000.00 - $120,000.00

Work Location: 7259 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, Utah 84047, position may also telecommute from any state within the United States.

Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
