Job Description

Primary Location:

Salt Lake City, Utah

SUMMARY

Overall responsibility for some brand development for defined suppliers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategizes with CSD Brand Manager to create business plans within the markets served.

Prepares and presents periodic business reviews to Director of Marketing and senior mgmt.

Ensures correct product pricing at retail customers as directed by Supervisor

Reviews and evaluates product proposals from suppliers. Presentations to Sales teams and leadership.

Manages assigned brand suppliers as it relates to negotiation, communication, and execution by sales teams. Evaluates performance of assigned system brands.

Assists in implementing “AOP” fully according to plan throughout the year on assigned brands.

Evaluates performance of assigned system brands.

Participates in the decision to eliminate and add brands within the portfolio.

Assists in the development and implementing product portfolio promotions across the company to include projected costs and return on investment and co-op arrangements. This would include assisting in ordering Dealer Loaders & promotional materials, tracking, EPO creation and MSR creation for CSD & Non-Carb Brands.

Conducts research as required to make quality decisions for brands and the company.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Ability to Travel as needed for business purposes with overnight stays.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees any Sampling events for CSD and Non-Carb brands. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or

equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or

governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts such as fractions and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited

standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficient in current word processing and spreadsheet software applications. Ten key data entry.
