GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT INTERN $15.25/HR

To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable student to join our team as a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Intern in our Ground Support department. The primary responsibility of the position will be to support the GSE Data Specialist through various projects. The successful candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in a related field. This position will report to the Manager, GSE Data.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in projects involving data entry
• Maintain regular communication with management via phone and email for project assignments
• Conduct and maintain organization of electronic data

Job Qualifications and Competencies:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry

Work Environment:

• Home office, as this is a remote internship
• Flexible schedule may be required
• 20 to 25 hours per week
• Some travel required for training

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Interns receive travel privileges on the American Airlines network.

Starting Rate:

$15.25/Hourly
