Robert Half Customer Service Call Center Representative in Salem, Oregon

Description We are offering a Customer Service Representative role based in Salem, Oregon. This position will be centered around providing excellent customer service in a call center setting. The role will entail using various software programs for accurate scheduling, assistance, and support. The successful candidate will be expected to multitask effectively, managing multiple screens and telephone software while maintaining a courteous and detail oriented level of assistance. The workplace is a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding levels of customer service in line with the company standards. • Utilize various software programs for scheduling, assistance, and support tasks. • Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing multiple screens and telephone software. • Maintain a pleasant, courteous, and detail oriented level of assistance at all times. • Ensure proper documentation of all calls for record-keeping and follow-up purposes. • Follow established call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the department guidelines. • Continuously strive to meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics. • Take on additional projects and opportunities as they arise. • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure efficient operations. • Support and improve the overall customer experience at all times.
