Job Description
Job Summary
Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through formal education and work experience to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. Supports operational and business management activities related to Supplier Performance Monitoring, Exit Strategies, Service Level Agreements, Business Continuity Planning, Record Retention, and Issue Tracking. Assesses and escalates risks. Performs monitoring activities to ensure compliance with established policies and banking regulations. Prepares and distributes analytical reports. Works with senior position on difficult assignments that are both broad in scope and complex in nature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute daily and periodic reports on areas of concertation (Supplier Risk, Business Continuity, Service Level Agreements, etc.), weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Collect and review data for accuracy and provide commentary on exceptions.
Assist senior position in the design, development, and testing of reports.
Assist senior position with coordination efforts between Risk Management and the business units to resolve exception/exposure items and prepare responses for Senior Management inquiries.
Provide analysis and commentary regarding monitoring of operational activities and systems.
Analyze business processes, procedures, and information requirements to resolve problems and improve workflow and process efficiency/continuity.
Assist senior position with bank dataflow specifications, interface requirements, and flow charts.
Assist senior position in facilitating and tracking critical supplier service level monitoring, business performance reviews, supplier risk mitigation plans, issues tracking, and exit strategies
Assist senior position with facilitating and tracking Business continuity reviews, failover testing, and Impact Analysis for all bank departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of

Education/Previous Experience
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years relevant business experience in financial services.

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
