Description We are offering a role based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The position focuses on recruitment functions and provides a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role is primarily on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR Generalists to facilitate the progression of promising candidates through the hiring process. • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates over an extended period, ensuring a diverse and skilled candidate pool for current and future openings. • Actively collaborate with hiring managers and HR Generalists throughout the hiring process, managing a high volume of requisitions. • Develop and post job bulletins on various platforms, including internal job boards, external job boards, detail oriented associations, and social media. Evaluate the effectiveness of each platform. • Screen applications and identify experience in candidates to proceed further in the hiring process. • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Generalists to schedule interviews, actively participating in the interview process alongside other stakeholders. • Facilitate various pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background checks. • Provide regular updates to candidates about their application status and information about the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Utilize skills in Full Cycle Recruiting and UKG Pro for effective recruitment. Requirements • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry • Proven track record in Full Cycle Recruiting • Experience and proficiency in using UKG Pro software for recruitment purposes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Demonstrated knowledge of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and its hiring needs • Strong decision-making skills and ability to use judgment when screening and recommending candidates • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract candidates • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to diversity and equal opportunities in recruitment • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
