Job Title: Chemical Mix/Coat Manufacturing Operator ( Direct Hire Placement )

Open Shifts:

• 1st Shift Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM ( Monday through Friday )

• 2nd Shift Hours : 2:00PM-10:30PM ( Monday through Friday )

• 3rd Shift Hours: 10:00PM-6:30AM ( Monday through Friday )

Pay Range:

• Base Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00/per hour ( depends on experience)

• Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: $1.60/per hour

• 3rd Shift: $3.20/per hour

Job Summary:

• A pharmaceutical company that develops new ways to deliver medication is seeking Chemical Compounding Operators. You'll set up and run machines, following safety and quality rules (cGMPs & GDPs). Responsibilities include keeping accurate records, inspecting products, changing rolls, and cleaning equipment.

• Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop skills in mixing, converting, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.

• Assist the Lead by monitoring production, changing rolls, performing inspections, and managing setup/teardown.

• Perform line clearances and manage material returns.

• Maintain accurate manufacturing records (Good Documentation Practices (GDPs))

• Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and safety policies.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1-3+ years of experience working in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) production environment

• ( such as Pharma, medical device, food & beverage, cosmetics, dietary supplements, biotechnology products, etc. production companies )

• Strong ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English language.

• Must be able to wear Tychem style protective suits and full face respirators when required.

• Technical aptitude related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.

• Strong ability to interpret Manufacturing documents such as:

• Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR's), Set up Diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Logbooks, etc.

Preferred:

• Direct Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience.

• Technical, Associates, or Bachelors Degree.

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Work Environment

• You will be working in a clean room environment, handling commercial scale equipment and various chemicals.
