Product Assembler

Job Description

As a Product Assembler, your primary task will be to accurately assemble components and complete units according to product specifications and requirements. You will visually inspect components during assembly for quality and accuracy, and select appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts to install in the unit according to design specifications. Your responsibilities also include the application of wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components in the cabinet as per the given specifications. You will use a wide range of hand tools, including drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press. You will ensure that the completed unit meets the specified quality standards before moving it to the next workstation. Foam application on completed cabinets according to engineering specifications will also be a part of your job. Cleaning your immediate work area on a daily schedule and performing other duties as requested by the supervisor will be expected.

Skills

  • Experience in product assembly

  • Experience using hand tools such as drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press

  • Ability to apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components

  • Ability to foam completed cabinets according to specifications

  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness of work area

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Marietta, Ohio.
