Job Title: Order Entry Representative

Job Description

We recently transitioned to a new ERP system, Oracle, in March. Due to the system changeover, we are experiencing an increased workload and longer times to complete service requests from customers. To keep up with the current demand, we are seeking to expand our team. The primary responsibility will be data entry, specifically entering service requests into Oracle. Additionally, the role requires verifying that each service request entered into Oracle is also logged in the old system and ensuring all service request details in Oracle are accurate, including quantity, PO number, part number, and billing/shipping addresses. Furthermore, when the receptionist is on vacation, this role will provide coverage.

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Louis, Missouri.

The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The dress code is business casual.
