Responsibilities As the Engineering Manager (known internally as Engineering Site Resource Manager), you will provide overall leadership to the Engineering Department while supporting the Operations and Maintenance functions at the Facility ensuring the effective execution of responsibilities within these functions: * Responsible for providing leadership ensuring sound Engineering principles are applied across the Plant resulting in improved operations, maintenance utility services KPIs, Resource Conservation efforts, and a high degree of customer focus. * Responsible for managing overall budget to AOP (through execution of LSS, Loss Analysis, etc. processes) and delivering Capital project(s) for Plant and Corporate related approved Capital Appropriation Requests. * Support and drive the TPM process at the facility. Specifically, lead the EM pillar and act as a resource and provide support for all TPM pillars. * Ensure Facility and/or Contract Engineers (total site contractors) have required skills/requirements, including development in process quality, production line constraint identification and remedy, and project management skills, ensuring an effective continuous improvement system in the Business Units and across the plant. * Ensure adequate and competent project engineering resources in the Plant that are aligned and focused on meeting the Business Unit's and plant's needs. * Ensure all personnel applies solid technical fundamentals by providing feedback and coaching resulting in optimum operating conditions and personal development. * Oversee and advise all Engineering functions in the Plant ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Support technical development in all areas of the Plant supporting new product development, systems improvement, and other operational areas. * Ensure adequate support systems are provided for the Plant. * Supports auditing and installation of controls as determined by Factory-Mutual risk management guidelines, GEHSMS, etc. * Plan and oversee the installation of all Capital projects ensuring current and future state manufacturing infrastructure capability.

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree required * 3+ years experience in the Engineering and/or Maintenance fields. * TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing subject experience and subject matter expertise is a competitive plus. * Skilled in all facets of engineering design and project management and have a broad range of experience in dry and wet processing, material handling, retail packaging, and facility construction. * Knowledgeable in facility maintenance, utility operation, maintenance information systems, purchasing, plant stores, and the underlying principles of Total Productive Maintenance. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, train and motivate Leaders, Engineers, Team Leaders, and Maintenance employees. * Exceptional influence management skills with the ability to effectively lead in results-oriented team-based work culture. Possess organizational agility skills to get things done across multiple boundaries and PepsiCo business units.
