Description

  • Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the real estate development team, including scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Maintain organized project files and documents, work with state auditing agencies and the Department of Economic Development on approvals and certificates for tax credits.

  • Research and Analysis:Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for potential real estate projects. Gather data on property values, zoning regulations, and market trends to inform decision-making.

  • Project Coordination:Assist in project coordination and management, including tracking project timelines, budgets, and milestones.

  • Financial Tracking:Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for real estate development projects. Monitor expenses and revenue, prepare financial reports, and reconcile budgets.

  • Property Due Diligence:Support due diligence efforts for property acquisitions, including reviewing property records, title reports, environmental assessments, and property inspections.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in Appfolio preferred but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the success of real estate projects.

  • Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to achieving project goals.

  • 1 year of related experience preferred.

  • Driver’s License required.
