Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri, United States. This role involves meticulous processing and management of customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enrollment alterations such as transfers, status adjustments, and terminations received through enrollment forms and Benefits Administration System cases.

• Ensure the precise execution of data audits in accordance with plan provisions, established procedures, and federal or state laws.

• Maintain the integrity of member and employer enrollment records in various enrollment systems, including the Benefits Administration System.

• Undertake accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account's status.

• Utilize skills in Computer Data Entry, Numeric Data Entry, and other related tasks to perform data entry duties. Requirements • Proficiency in computer data entry is essential

• Demonstrable experience in data entry roles required

• Must possess skills in numeric data entry

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy is necessary

• Familiarity with various data entry systems is preferred

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is expected

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy is beneficial

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is desired

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is necessary

• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
