Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP Customer Master, ensuring accurate information for timely and precise Purchase Order entries. Your responsibilities will extend to the approval of Sales Orders based on product availability, coordinating with our Warehouse/Shipping Managers across three different warehouses, and overseeing the creation and validation of shipping documents and invoices. Additionally, you will manage accounts receivable, including sending reminders and making calls for outstanding invoices. This role demands a high level of coordination with various internal departments to ensure a seamless response to all customer requests and operational needs.

Essential Skills

• SAP Experience

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Typing skills with a strong attention to detail for order entry

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Work Environment

Small team of 6 in cubicles, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
