Summary
To perform all of the duties related with receiving, stocking and issuing of material in stockroom.
Essential Job Duties
Work with planning function to assure material is issued in a manner that satisfies their priorities to support the completion of work on the production floor.
Receive and stock material into assigned locations.
Record all transactions required to perform job duties.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, safe work area.
Perform cycle counts as directed by supervision.
May direct the work of others.
Required Qualifications -
High School diploma preferred
Basic math skills and computer literacy required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills and abilities commonly associated with this position.
Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive business relationships.
Ability to operate material handling equipment.
Work Environment -
General factory conditions. Exposed to moderate noise levels.
The typical schedule is weekdays 7:00 am - 3:30
Must be able to don PPE including safety shoes, or glasses where required in the on-site manufacturing areas.
Physical Abilities -
Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to sit, stand and bend at the knee and waist, and walk.
Must be able to have repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement to type and work on computer.
Must have finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work on computer, telephone, and related office equipment.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
