Farm Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:\ - Operate and service farm machinery, vehicles and tools\ - Ensure farm vehicles and trailers are clean and road-ready\ - Repair and maintain farm equipment and buildings based on defined schedule and/or as required\ - Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, trimming, and edging around flower beds, walks, and barn; Maintain lawn irrigation systems\ - Prepare soil for planting; Apply insecticides; Monitor and control pests and weeds; Transplant shrubs and trees as needed.\ - Fix and maintain fencing replace broken components and paint as needed.\ - Snow blowing as seasonally required\ - Maintain HVAC filters in all buildings and maintain all farm lighting\ - Organize farm equipment, tools, and the maintenance area to be conducive to effective use and present a professional image\ - Maintain security and use logs for the fuel depot\ - Coordinate service appointments when requirements are outside of individual skills\ - Maintain cleanliness of the barn areas following all safety and sanitation rules and guidelines
