Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling machinery for maintenance or repair, performing tests to ensure machinery functions properly, adjusting and calibrating equipment to optimal specifications, and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns. The role also involves welding, conducting routine preventative maintenance, safety checks, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Hard Skills

  • Reading technical manuals

  • Electrical equipment installation and repair

  • Machinery troubleshooting

  • Equipment calibration

  • Welding and fabricating (MIG, Stick)

  • Routine maintenance and safety procedures

  • Working with 3-phase motors, 480V, conveyors, and other industrial facility equipment

  • Top candidate for this position will have strong electrical knowledge/experience within Industrial environments (production, manufacturing)

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sacramento, California.

Work Environment

Shifts available: 5:30pm - 2:00am in a non climate-controlled plant, which can be hot or cold. Temperature and heat levels are monitored, with provisions for multiple breaks and thirst kits during high temperatures. The environment is positive, friendly, and upbeat. Noise level can be loud due to operational systems.
