Our company is searching for a full-time in-house counsel. Position based in our Sacramento office.
Corporate counsel providing direction legal compliance, best practices, company representation in legal cases, state and federal agencies.

Who you are:
Well versed in employment & labor laws.
You have effectively defended employers.
Ability to maintain compliance with changing legislation and laws
Ability to recommend updates to polices and documentation.
Experience preparing and representing company in legal matters.
Track record of assisting private employers.
Track record in defending private employers in matters related to employment, EEOC, DFEH, Labor Commissioner and legal matters
This position is based in Sacramento. This is not a remote position.
