A large healthcare client is hiring for a Cable/Network Engineer. In this role, you will consult on cable infrastructure projects by performing site assessments, providing recommendations, and supporting implementation of new or improved infrastructure.
They need someone with extensive experience designing, installing, and maintaining low voltage cable infrastructure systems. This is a two year long contract that requires about 50% of local travel.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience designing/installing/maintaining low voltage cable infrastructure
Experience doing site assessments
Experience with Category 5, Category 6a
Experience with Fiber Optic structured cable distribution systems
Manufacturer specific experience (BICSI, Panduit, Commscope, etc.)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with software packages (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.)
