Job Title: A&P Mechanic

Job Description

Seeking experienced A&P Mechanics for our Certified Repair Shop specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). The successful candidates will perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and component overhauls on a variety of rotorcrafts. This role includes maintaining and repairing aircraft structures and related components, including flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems. We offer a Monday to Friday work schedule with opportunities for overtime and a path to full-time employment based on performance.

Hard Skills

  • A&P valid license

  • Airframe and powerplant license

  • Rotorcraft experience (1+ year preferred)

  • Familiarity with Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, MD, and Robinson airframes

Soft Skills

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Adaptability

  • Attention to detail

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Woodland, California.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted in hangars and runways. Our team is close-knit, consisting of approximately 15 mechanics. We value a family-like environment and frequently engage in team events.
