We are currently looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for upcoming opportunities. If you have an eye for detail, are passionate about financial accuracy, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy.

• Classify, code, and match invoices to purchase orders.

• Set up invoices for payment and process payment transactions.

• Enter and upload invoices into our financial system.

• Keep track of all expenses and process expense reports.

• Maintain up-to-date vendor files.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

• Prepare and execute check runs.

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Assist with month-end closing processes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or related role.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• High-grade math and data entry skills.

• Superior attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
