MISSIONS
Sous la direction du Directeur Associé BI&A, vous aurez pour mission :
D’accompagner nos partenaires internes (BUD, marketing, Ventes, Finance…) dans la compréhension de leur marché, de la performance des produits et des opportunités de croissance
De développer un plan d’études visant à répondre aux problématiques stratégiques et tactiques de la business unit
De définir les enseignements clés issus de ces activités et formuler des recommandations visant à soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.
Principales activités
Développement et mise en œuvre d’études en fonction des besoins du business (BUD, marketing, ventes …)
Présentation des résultats des études menées et élaboration de recommandations clés et actionnables
En charge du suivi de la performance nationale des produits, de l’élaboration de tableaux de bord et leur diffusion aux partenaires internes
Elaboration des prévisions de ventes des produits sous votre responsabilité : définition des hypothèses avec les parties prenantes, modélisation et présentation des résultats
Collaboration efficiente avec les équipes prestataires afin d’adresser la charge de travail et prioriser les ressources disponibles
Elaboration et suivi du budget lié à votre activité et définition des priorités avec le business
Communication de vos réalisations au niveau des équipes locales et à l’international et partage des meilleures pratiques au sein de l’équipe et entre les marchés
Identification de nouvelles études / de nouveaux partenaires externes de confiance qui sauront répondre aux besoins spécifiques de nos partenaires internes, le cas échéant
Application les normes, règlementations et standards locaux et internationaux ainsi que les procédures internes BMS concernant les études de marché, reporting et Forecast

PROFIL
Etudes supérieures scientifiques
Master en marketing, business 3ème cycle
Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique / marché connexe, y compris une connaissance pratique de diverses capacités analytiques et d'études de marché
COMPETENCES
Avoir un esprit analytique, savoir analyser de large quantité de données
Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Capacité à s’intégrer aux équipes partenaires afin d’identifier au mieux leurs besoins et leurs attentes et les traduire en analyses de marché correspondantes
Savoir présenter les résultats de manière synthétique et impactante
Esprit collaboratif et envie de travailler en équipe afin de mettre en place une réflexion collaborative et des recommandations opérationnelles pour nos partenaires internes
Gestion des priorités
Excellent niveau d’anglais écrit et oral
Expérience des différents types d'études de marché et d'outils et techniques analytiques
Requis : Connaissance pratique et maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Access et PowerPoint
Fortement recommandé : maîtrise et familiarité avec les outils d'analyse : DEL Tableau Power BI
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Voyages : Minime (<15%). Déplacements occasionnels lors de réunions BU ou BI&A
