AMERISTAFF Registration Clerk in Roxboro, North Carolina
AmeriStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Registration Clerk to fill an opening with a company located in Roxboro, NC. The ideal candidate(s) should be able to take initiative, work independently, and have prior general medical office experience. Benefits of the Registration Clerk
- Full time.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and weekends.
- OT when needed.
- $10.74 - $14.00 per hour
Responsibilities of the Registration Clerk
- Answer multiple telephone lines.
- Greet and register visitors in the computer system.
- Schedule customers for appointments.
- Computer Data Entry.
- Filing and scanning records.
- Work independently.
- Inventory audit.
Requirements of the Registration Clerk
- 3-5 years of office experience, preferably in a medical office.
- Organizational Skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Eager to learn, cross-train and keep the office flowing.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Execute action required from emails.
- Able to meet goals and deadline.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Vaccination required.
