Maintenance Electrician | 1st Shift

Job Description

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and repair of various electrical and mechanical equipment. This role requires a balance of electrical and mechanical skills, focusing on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

  • Repair resistance welding machines, laser cutting equipment, robotic weld cells, manual mills, CNC equipment, ABB and Fanuc robots.

  • Handle pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, pumps, valves, and bearings.

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting of 480v, 440v, 240v, 220v, and 24v single-phase and three-phase systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  • Perform MIG and Stick welding on mild steel.

Qualifications

  • Must Have at least 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Basic tools with tool bag (wrenches, hammer, screwdrivers, and sockets).

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrically 480v, 440v, 240v, 220v, and 24v single-phase and three-phase systems.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

  • Experience with pneumatics, pumps, motors, and hand/power tools.

  • MIG/STICK welding experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement opportunity. Employees receive 10 paid holidays, 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year. Will be eligible for 70% paid benefits and 401k match day 1. They also provide $20,000 towards life insurance.

This is a fully onsite position in Rossford,OH.
