Maintenance Electrician | 1st Shift
Job Description
The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and repair of various electrical and mechanical equipment. This role requires a balance of electrical and mechanical skills, focusing on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair.
Responsibilities
Repair resistance welding machines, laser cutting equipment, robotic weld cells, manual mills, CNC equipment, ABB and Fanuc robots.
Handle pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, pumps, valves, and bearings.
Perform electrical troubleshooting of 480v, 440v, 240v, 220v, and 24v single-phase and three-phase systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Perform MIG and Stick welding on mild steel.
Qualifications
Must Have at least 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Basic tools with tool bag (wrenches, hammer, screwdrivers, and sockets).
Ability to troubleshoot electrically 480v, 440v, 240v, 220v, and 24v single-phase and three-phase systems.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Experience with pneumatics, pumps, motors, and hand/power tools.
MIG/STICK welding experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
This is a direct placement opportunity. Employees receive 10 paid holidays, 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year. Will be eligible for 70% paid benefits and 401k match day 1. They also provide $20,000 towards life insurance.
