Pediatric Home Service Digital Specialist in Roseville, Minnesota

Position: Digital Specialist Location: Remote Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm THE POSITION We are looking for a full-time Digital Specialist to join our patient focused, supportive team. As a part of the Marketing Department you will be responsible for maintaining, executing and continuously improving upon marketing programs to drive growth in revenue, and patient volume in each market. You ll find yourself challenged and required to use critical thinking every day but you will also be surrounded by a close-knit and supportive group who has the same dedication to serving medically fragile children and their families. Comprehensive Care Program Performs maintenance of all print and digital tools used throughout program. Implements quarterly marketing campaign. Works across PHS departments to integrate comprehensive care message into all consumer touchpoints. Maintains reporting structure and establishes KPIs to determine effectiveness of marketing campaign, adjust campaign tools, cadence, message etc. as needed to achieve desired goals. Digital Marketing Channels Develops and schedules online content for organic and paid placement across PHS social channels. Collaborates with agency partner to maintain Google advertising campaigns and budget to achieve optimum presence for service lines in geographics coverage areas. Manages and reports on all KPIs driving success and adjusting campaigns to accomplish goals. Consistently evaluates opportunities for additional demonstration of ROI on paid advertising and website presence. Campaign Development and Management Manages the creation of new content for the PHS website as well as changes to the site that support optimized campaigns and communication of services. Drives progress in accessibility efforts as site is updated. Maintains monthly dashboard for evaluation of media placement/content/campaign efficacy. Analyzes business opportunities to develop individual service/item campaigns for the Health Care Consumer Audience such as incontinence and enteral patient campaigns. Work with finance to assess financial viability and create scalable campaigns for use across PHS regions. Develop campaign plans, messaging, contact lists, and oversee creative execution while maintaining reporting structures and KPIs to ensure effectiveness THE COMPANY Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990.
