Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Accounting Clerk in Roseville, Minnesota. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our team, handling tasks related to bank reconciliations, invoices, and billing, and supporting month-end processes. This role is based on-site and requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements

• Process invoices and billing statements in a timely and accurate manner

• Support the month-end closing process, assisting in the preparation of financial reports

• Utilize QuickBooks Online for various financial transactions and reporting

• Ensure data entry tasks are completed with high precision

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven skills in Billing and Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing and paying bills, business payments, and payroll functions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
