Position Summary:

Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced Workforce Analyst to join our Workforce Analytics Center of Excellence. In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses and gather requirements to support the Workforce Analytics Council and other stakeholders as well as partner with the enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) team. Leveraging your expertise in Power BI and Workforce Analytics, you will develop and maintain datasets and reports that drive HR strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with the Director of Workforce Analytics to align analytics efforts with business objectives and present insights to senior leadership. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct deep dive analyses on workforce data to uncover insights and trends that inform HR strategies and initiatives

  • Support partnership with BI Product Owner(s) to gather and document requirements from the Workforce Analytics Council and other stakeholders acting as liaison between the business community and technical team

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Workforce Analytics datasets and reports using Power BI and Snowflake

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all analytics and reporting activities maintained by the Workforce Analytics Center of Excellence, championing concepts of the Single Source/Version of Truth (SSoT/SVoT)

  • Collaborate with Director of Workforce Analytics to present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

  • Create and maintain documentation for analytics processes, methodologies, and data sources

  • Provide support and training for HR and business unit leaders on using analytics tools and interpreting data insights

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Workforce Analytics Center of Excellence to enhance analytics capabilities and processes

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4+ years of experience in a workforce analytics or similar role as a business, technical, or systems analyst. Or HS Diploma with 7+ years of working experience in a workforce analytics or similar role as a business, technical, or systems analyst

  • Power BI experience with a proven track record of utilizing Power Query and DAX to develop and maintain complex datasets and reports

  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts with knowledge of ETL and reporting tools

  • Moderate proficiency in data profiling and SQL

  • Strong at developing test cases for data unit testing and report UAT activities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

  • Ability to bridge communications on complex needs and requirements between technical and business-oriented audiences

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, carry work through to completion using own initiative, and meet deadlines

  • Travel up to 10%

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or Data Science and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an I/O concentration preferred

  • Experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing space with tools like Azure, ADF, and Snowflake

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python)

  • Project management skills

  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, preferably Agile

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate, and recap meetings with good attention to detail

  • Experience in a large, multi-unit, and global organization (particularly in the food and beverage industry)
