We are seeking 2nd Shift Production Assistant for our CTI Fabrication Division in Romeoville, IL
Pay/Benefits
Starting pay for this position is $22.00/hr based on experience.

JOB DUTIES:
Assist Laser Operators in the efficient processing, delivery and removal of material to and from the laser machines. Specific duties include:
Operate handling equipment to load and unload tubes/product to/from the laser machine
Monitor machine when operator is not present and ensure its continued operation; load/unload material and check for general acceptable cut condition of completed parts
Assist operators with loading and packaging laser cut parts into boxes
Use quality tools, such as tape measure, calipers, and micrometers to conduct quality inspection of parts
Assist in the secondary operations required to complete parts (tapping, cleaning, grinding)
Follow all health & safety standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess these basic skills:
Experience in the use of standard inspection measuring tools, such as tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
Ability to perform basic math and trigonometry
Ability to sit, stand, and walk on a varying basis throughout work schedule
Ability to carry and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds
Ability to read blueprints and Bills of Material
