As a Sales Representative within our Coronary division, you’ll play a crucial role in serving our customers by selling our products and meeting their needs. You’ll build strong relationships with medical staff and administrative teams, ensuring successful product launches and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building : Cultivate positive working relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel at customer accounts.

  • Sales Targets : Consistently achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.

  • Product Launches : Implement new product launches in alignment with company strategies and tactics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with specialists, regional managers, and marketing teams to manage account relationships effectively.

  • Active Participation : Attend company meetings, data presentations, and briefings regularly.

  • Tender Management : Work closely with regional sales managers to handle tenders.

  • Inventory Management : Ensure timely counting of account consignments and manage product UBD (units by demand).

Skills and Experience

  • Work Experience : 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Sales Techniques : Proficient in sales techniques.

  • Territory Management : Ability to manage and optimize sales territories.

  • Client Relationship : Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Motivation for Sales : Driven to achieve sales goals.

  • Ethical Conduct : Uphold high ethical standards.
