Description

We are looking for a Credit Clerk to join our team in Rogers, Minnesota. This role is primarily responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and managing customer credit inquiries. The Credit Clerk will also monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments. This role is within the Accounting industry and is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts for any irregularities

• Take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) for day-to-day tasks

• Use Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing skills to manage accounts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation is required.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Ability to handle billing tasks efficiently.

• Strong data entry skills are crucial.

• Experience with invoice processing is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Knowledge of Oracle software is beneficial.

• Experience with QuickBooks is necessary.

• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
