Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounting Specialist for our operations based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our team, as it involves meticulous processing of customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records diligently

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when required

• Prepare financial statements and journal entries

• Carry out auditing tasks as needed

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Manage billing functions effectively

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions Requirements • Proficiency in executing accounting functions with high accuracy

• Demonstrable experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven track record in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Expertise in conducting auditing processes

• Familiarity with billing functions is essential

• Skilled in using QuickBooks for financial management
