Responsibilities: Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment Implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken Lead Company, on-site Security Team supporting customer success and compliance Facility Security Manager Leading all plant protection operations, and emergency response - Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 10 or more years of progressive security experience, or a masters degree with 8 years of progressive security experience. Related direct experience can be substituted for education. Experience with Special Access Programs serving as CPSO Experience with ICD705 Space Construction & Accreditations Experience as FSO/AFSO Active DoD SECRET Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Experience working with and leading labor union wage group Fire and Emergency Services expertise Emergency Incident Command expertise Experience working on energetic manufacturing facility Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) Expertise managing Industrial Security Preferred Qualifications: Active TOP SECRET Clearance Expertise as a CPSO SAP/DOD Certifications ICD705 Certified FSO Certified Fire and Emergency Services First Responder certifications Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight Physical Security experience Plant Protection operations experience Experience with COMSEC management Expertise with ICD 705 construction and accreditation processes, ICD 705 Certified Expertise serving as Designated Government Representative (DGR) Salary Range: $108,400 - $162,600
