This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Must be willing to work evenings (3:00-11:00 pm), every other weekend (some holidays may be required) *
Summary of My Responsibilities:
The Neighborhood Coordinator helps keep the neighborhood running smoothly and seamlessly by overseeing daily scheduling of staff shifts, communicating with unit staff on the day’s events, and ensuring excellent customer service to residents, family, visitors and employees.
What Qualifications Will Make Me Successful in this Role?
High school degree or GED required
College education in healthcare management or similar field preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume health care staff scheduling required
Strong computer and communication skills
Desire to interact with residents and care for their needs
Excellent phone skills and communication skills with various people who have various needs
Clerical and organizational skills
Coordination and teamwork with other neighborhoods/units
Ability to learn how to process weekly payroll

Physical Requirements:
Sits, stands, walks. Subject to frequent interruptions and multiple task management
