Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are key in the success of operations and compassionate patient care every day. The Licensed Practical Nurse is a key member of the care delivery team. The Licensed Practical Nurse communicates the needs of the patient and the team; collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, takes direction from the RN, and delegates appropriately to the other members of the team.
Responsibilities
Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Provide support to patients, friends, and families.
Supervise assigned team members.
Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete documentation using computerized medical record process.
Ensure clinical areas are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a general med/surg area with lots of support. The shifts available are 5 Day, 5 Night, and 5 D/N, with night shifts running from 7:00pm to 7:00am and day shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm. You can choose between 3x12 or 4x12 shifts. The scrub color is any combination of navy and white. The charting system used is Epic, and the facility has a total of 528 staffed beds. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
